What are DSCR Loans

DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans are a type of portfolio loan. It is a loan for an income-producing (investment) residential property. DSCR loans are assessed and granted on the expected cash flow of the property, rather than on the borrower’s income level.
