Internship, Real Estate Financing

Work Location: In person at company offices. This is not a remote job.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a paid internship opportunity to gain experience in originating, underwriting, processing, and closing real estate financing transactions. Intermediate skills with MS Office are required. This is a remarkable opportunity for an intern to learn the business and work directly with experienced mortgage professionals, learning the mortgage loan process first-hand.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

The qualified professional is expected to possess a four-year degree in Finance, accounting, or other business-related field from an accredited university.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.
• Coachability, drive and enthusiasm for a career in the Mortgage Lending industry
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred.

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday: 8-hour day shift.
