Catalina A. Serna is an accomplished Industrial Engineer with a special expertise in Marketing and International Negotiation. With a robust bilingual background spanning over two decades, she has collaborated with a diverse range of national and international companies, managing their global clientele both administratively and commercially.

One of Catalina’s standout traits is her ability to connect with various organizational groups, focusing on her assertive and effective communication skills. Prior to contributing her expertise to Kalb Advisors, she carved out a niche in real estate and business development.

Catalina joined Kalb Advisors in May 2022. Since becoming a part of our team, she has played an instrumental role in business development, fine-tuning client databases, identifying market opportunities, and guiding the direction of the commercial team. At her core, she is dedicated to nurturing relationships, driving sales, and crafting strategic marketing plans, especially for our international clientele. Moreover, she consistently aims to enhance the customer service experience throughout the loan lifecycle.

In addition to her primary responsibilities, Catalina plays a pivotal role in expanding KALB’s international footprint. She represents us in global events, fosters client relationships, and highlights our extensive services.

Catalina adds a valuable layer of global connectivity to the dynamic Kalb Advisors team, and she is fluent in both English and Spanish.
