Mary B. Garcia holds a degree in Business and a Diploma in Management of Commercial Enterprises. She boasts extensive experience in the financial industry, having commenced her career with Citigroup in Colombia 17 years ago.
During her tenure at Citigroup, Mary transitioned between Retail and Consumer Banking, where she led teams dedicated to banking product placements and served Citibank’s elite Gold Segment clientele. In her role at Citigroup, Mary B. managed their Financial Center, earning numerous awards for consistently meeting asset and liability benchmarks during that time.
Fueled by passion and a goal-driven mindset, Mary B. relocated to the U.S. in 2015, obtaining her Mortgage Loan Officer license for Texas, Florida, and, most recently, California. Her proficiency in both Spanish and English, coupled with her deep banking knowledge, has enabled her to assist the Latin community with their mortgage needs for the past seven years.
Currently, Mary serves as the Branch Manager for Kalb Advisors Mortgage Solutions in Houston, Texas, where she oversees a team of seven mortgage professionals. Her innovative approaches have also resulted in the establishment of several operational improvements at Kalb Advisors. Among these improvements is the implementation of a streamlined loan origination process for international clients, backed by a highly competent team spanning the USA and Latin America.
